The Book of the Great Queen by Morpheus Ravenna

The Book of the Great Queen is the culmination of nearly 20 years of the author’s study and practice as a dedicant of the Morrígan. The intention for the book is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth look at the Morrígan as we know her through textual, historical, and archaeological sources, her role and cult of worship in ancient Celtic religion, and to provide guidance for the modern devotional practitioner drawing on these traditions.

Cover art and illustrations are by Valerie Herron of Mystic Media.

Production of the book has been crowd-funded through a very successful IndieGoGo campaign in 2014, nearly tripling the original goal.

Reviews

This is a fantastic and well written resource. Absolutely essential for anyone’s library.

Amazon Review

This book is ideal for those just beginning to learn about her and those heavily involved giving a wealth of vital information on her leaving no questions to be asked when finished. I have read to date 6 books on The Morrigan, endless papers and videos which were helpful but nothing as specific as this book. What attention to detail as well. I might add the price is more then worth it, great packaging and received it in 4 days from start to at my door.
